Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging to ensure the delicate paper textures remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
